[ We are all treated to a video inside Xavier's office, as the professor looks out the window over the grounds of the estate. It's been a long time coming... but finally, Jean's spirit will be able to live on. Her sacrifice will not have been in vane. ]

It has been... a very long time coming. For you, Jean, I hope this will be enough to continue the dream. [ He turns to adress the camera, his smile certain, but heavy. ]

Welcome, all students and faculty. For the first time in five years, I am proud to say that the Xavier Institute is fully open and ready. It is now 2018, and you new, young mutants are entering a climate far more complicated than it ever has been. But it has always been the hope of this school, of this philosophy, of this dream... to take this complicated world and make it better. Not just for mutants, or for humans... but for all living kind.

Right now, all of you, new and old, stand at something of a precipice. Out to the horizon is a new world, teeming with possibility and potential. And it is your time to seize that potential. To make that possibility reality. To dare to dream of a place where things are grander than they are now.

Some of you will become X-Men, tasked with protecting and serving this world from all that would threaten it. To protect the balance of mutant and human. Some of you will go into other fields, using the education you receive here to show the world that we are not to be feared, but to be embraced, so that we might embark to the future together.

The choice is, ultimately, yours. The future is yours for the taking.
