Her wings are folded behind her back at the moment, but they're impossible to miss, even for those who haven't seen her before. She pops the bubble with a loud smack and grins cheekily at the camera.]
So you all heard Principal Munroe. It's time to get our clubs on. So I figured I'd let everyone know, I've volunteered to coach the baseball team, and my buddy Pinky's gonna be your team captain. Anyone who's interested, meet us out at the diamond after class on Monday and we'll see what kinda level everyone's at, with and without powers. Bring your own gear if you've got it, it's slim pickins in the sports shed. Maybe if we get enough interest we can talk someone into buyin' us some balls and a mitt or two. Anyone can come, even if you've never played before; I'll teach you everything you need to know. [Those who have been witness to Amelia's previous attempts at teaching anything may find this somewhat alarming. In fact, anyone who's familiar with Amelia may be wondering if she should really be allowed to chaperone anyone at all.]
By the way, if anyone doesn't know me, my name's Amelia. It's awesome to see everyone back again. Some of y'all haven't changed a bit.

Well, we all survived the first week of classes and made it to the weekend so... I think it's time to get down to the important business here finally: who wants to play baseball?

Well, I guess we can just trust no one will cheat. I mean, what’d be the point in playing then? It's a new kid. Blond hair, big blue eyes - status might or might not be told even to anyone not familiar with absolutely everyone off the bat by his "costume cocky" tone. Too deliberately nonchalant, held lower but deliberately inflected. But hey, it's an effort - what's an introduction without at the least a voice to go with a name? It's that much more to make an impression with.

I got a quick poll for you here, since - you know - tons of us are probably new to this whole training-in-superhuman-powers thing and all that. Uh - [And loosens up.] What it is is...
How many of us -- have only defensive skills? Uh -- [Hasty:] -- and who's only got offense, too?
A-a-and those of us who've been in training longer, exactlyyy... - How far would you say you've -- you know, [Airquotes.] "evolved" whatever it is you got into the school with?
No -- ...special reason I'm asking. [Flips up his hands - and brings one to scratch the back of his head.] Just -- you know.
