ELECTION RESULTS - [Voice]

[Normally, the Institute doesn't have anything like end-of-the-school-day announcements. Students' schedules here, with their mix of academic, field-, and power-related courses, make setting aside time for that kind of formality difficult, and so last period's end comes only on the instructor's say-so. (For those reckless or unlucky enough to take their day's last course with a more hard-ass type, this can get pretty miserable by the middle of the week.)
Today is an exception, however, and all classes are set to break five minutes early, so students can flip onto the school network. And, right on schedule, there's Principal Munroe's voice, crisp and formal yet still warm.]
Attention, students.
Before you're all set free for today - as of this afternoon, we have finished tallying results for the student elections held this past weekend. We would like to congratulate all who participated, whether by running or by casting a ballot, for their involvement in a mature and respectfully run campaign. [Certain obnoxious, troubled children's write-in drives notwithstanding.]
That being said, your student government officers for this academic year are as follows:
Congratulations are in order for all of our new student council members and for everyone who involved themselves in this year's voting. As President, Mr. Caelgart will be responsible for scheduling and conducting all council meetings for the remainder of the year. Meanwhile, for today...
Classes are dismissed.

That being said, your student government officers for this academic year are as follows:
- President, with a firm majority of the vote, Mr. Alric Caelgart.
- His Vice-President, winning with a plurality in this year's closest race, will be Mr. Bridget Halford. Mr. Halford was also unanimously voted as your Freshman Class Representative.
- Senior Class Representative, Ms. Kaguya Houraisan.
- Junior Class Representative, [ -- muffled static here?? Was there something wrong with Principal Munroe's audio equipment? Anyway, whatever name she said, it didn't sound like anyone you know.]
- Sophomore Class Representative, elected on an impressive number of write-in votes, Ms. Krista Lenz.
- Finally, in an uncontested race, your Middle School Representative will be Mr. Ken Amada.
Congratulations are in order for all of our new student council members and for everyone who involved themselves in this year's voting. As President, Mr. Caelgart will be responsible for scheduling and conducting all council meetings for the remainder of the year. Meanwhile, for today...
