Liir catches Rin when they're both alone, at lunch (or at least he's alone, since he often radiates such a brooding aura it takes real effort to sit next to him, especially for telepaths).

He doesn't pay much attention to Rin's 'newly' black hair. Maybe that's just a thing girls do regularly. He doesn't know, having just spent years in the Ozian army, which is not exactly a bastion of progressivism.

Fewer Friendly types coming around to bash whatever muties are out after dark and leave'em bleeding out in the gutter. More kid radicals out on the streets, skulking around and looking to tell you all about the coming gene revolution.

I've been stepping over fewer bodies at home lately, but they don't spend money for shit, so I'm neutral.
