1st Full Moon [Video]

[Looks like someone decided to post something on the Institute's intranet again. What we get is the image of a girl of Japanese decent smiling a little, satisfied that she's properly connected to the network.]

Hi, I'm Kaguya Houraisan, in case you've missed me the first time around.

[Someone's very new to a place like this, away from home like this, but she's getting used to it.]

Anyway, I see a lot of clubs being set up, but no mention of a video game club or maybe something to do with bonsai, so I'm wondering if there's any interest in any of these. Enough for even just a small one.

Perhaps something more... cultural club given there quite a few of us from all over.

Ah, I suppose I'd like to know how feasible any of this is.

Twelfth grader here, not quite a superhero or anything. But, I suppose we'll see about the superhero bit later...

[She smiles a bit.] Have to say, you don't seem bothered about me being a gamer... That puts you above most guys already.

[He shrugs and grins.]

Hey, I've already met one chick at this school who could kick my butt at any shooter you can name, and I'm not even ashamed to say it. For all I know, you're the same!

[Well, Kaguya is quite happy to hear that. She smiles a little.]

And that right there puts you above most gamer guys I've seen...

What kinda stuff do you play? I've been big into fighters lately, but I'm getting into racing games too. I brought a system from home, but I don't have a lot of games yet. We can totally use it for the club, though!

[He punches a few times at the word fighters, then mimes holding a steering wheel as he goes on.]

Don't get too big-headed, you just have some common decency.
[If he starts getting too carried away, she'll tease him. Good-naturedly, of course.]

Well... I've kind of play a little bit of everything. I guess you could say I had a lot of free time outside school.

[He's certainly energetic, she thought, a small, amused smile coming to her lips.]

So... what do you have? The newest Gamestation?

Uh-uh, too late! You said I was better than those other dudes, no take-backs!

You guessed it! Best system out there. I saved up my allowance so long for it, and it was totally worth it.

See, they lack common decency.

[She smiles a little. She didn't quite have the same trouble with money.]

Some might disagree... But some are wrong.

And I lack it a bit less! Nicest thing anyone's said to me all day.

Sure I can! My favorite right now? It's totally DC VS Capcom. Comics vs video games in an all out brawl to decide the ultimate fighter! C'mooon.

[She gives this a little more thought and...] You know the Arkham games? I've been playing the latest one lately. [Well, it's not exactly recent, but she doesn't care.]

Oooh! I haven't tried it yet, but I played the first one! You gotta show me!

By the way, I checked and at least one teacher seems interested in this...
