At the same time, how would they feel mutant if they do not know how a mutant feels? How would we feel non-mutated if we do not know how a non-mutant feels?

if you think about it

most mutants dont manifest mutations until puberty, right? i guess that kind of perspective helps differentiate. me, i used my powers at birth. never really got a chance to feel 'normal'.

I have had mine from birth as well. Though, you are right, that does make some more sense.

[It still seems to her like they're all the kids who are upset that they never got a letter from Hogwarts, tbh. And yes, she knows that reference!]
