[Someone, unsurprisingly, is exceedingly pissed off. And guess what: it's Eren.]

I'm officially protesting!

As a law-abiding American citizen and a student at this school, I demand the release of Claudine Renko to the government. If we're shielding terrorists, then we're complicit in their crimes! The administration is in violation of the law! I won't be held by a criminal organization! This is supposed to be a school, for children. What's wrong with you? I'm not going to let this go on.

[Seriously, he just got back, and they're harboring terrorists? What the hell?]

Turn her in now! Give up the terrorist!

Haven't we always been a target?

This isn't the only place where this kind of thing happens, though. At least here, people are close enough to protect each other...

They'd attract attention on their own, too. Children have to deal with this kind of thing everywhere in the world. Dealing with it alone doesn't make it any better... It isn't right, and I'm not saying we shouldn't do something about it. I just think it isn't so bad to try to keep them protected together.

[...Not that she'd know. Personally. About kids having terrible lives, and being crushingly alone.]

I don't disagree with you. But I don't know if I disagree with the staff trying to make it a safe space for everyone, either -- at least, not in principle...
