-The video shows a makeshift platform with both an American and British flag hung behind it, with Bridget dressed in his nicest formal suit and skirt (though still with cute printed stockings, because why not) quickly dashing over to address his phone camera more officially.-

ATTENTION XAVIER INSTITUTE!

If you don't already know, my name is Bridget Halford! And I am running both for your Student Government Vice President, but also your Prom King... or Queen... I'm not picky.

Anyways, what, you ask, am I willing to do for you as the deciding vote holder in all student council meetings, representing your various interests? Well I can assure you of a few things!

The first, is that I am a level headed, diplomatic sort who always wants to look for the best solution for all people involved!

The second, I can promise that I will never approve a vote that misrepresent the interests of the student body!

And the third, I can promise I will always have an appearance that commands attention, respect, and above all admiration! -Cheeky little shit.-

So please vote for me! Bridget Halford is your mate! Don't forget it, okay~?

-And the camera times itself off, having run the timer down.-

Ohhhhhhh...

[Rinka's never thought about going to college herself. It still seems too far away and too expensive to her.]

Yeah, that would be a good thing.

[she tilts her head slightly]

Do you want to go to college Bridget?

They actually ask if you're a mutant when you sit your exams here?

[clearly has no idea how applying for university works]

Huh? Then how do colleges determine which students are smart enough to attend if they don't test them?

[she says, not knowing what the SATs are at all]

Standardized? What does that mean? And why wouldn't you be able to get into a good school if you scored well? Isn't that the point?
