I wanted to make sure everyone knows: I'm boycotting all my classes. No matter what.
I don't agree with the mission of this school, and I'm being held here against my will! So I'm officially on strike in protest of your unjust policies!
[It's true, as was pointed out to him: if he's protesting, he should let everyone know about it!
He's still not sure about the hunger strike part of his plan, as he needs to eat a lot. But he boycotted Thanksgiving, so that's a start.]

[Not that she thinks people here are unhappy, necessarily, but arguing with children is so much more fun than doing her job.]
They're not killing them yet, you mean. And while the government may not be rounding us up into camps yet, that doesn't stop neighbours and local vigilante groups from taking the registered mutants out on their own.
Of course, that isn't the government's job to stop, now is it? It's not as if government was put in place to protect the people, after all. As long as the majority is happy, why not disenfranchise the minority?

You don't even know how it's going to go. You're just making guesses. There's always going to be violence. There's violence already. That doesn't mean we shouldn't try to make a change for the better. Dangerous mutants have to be stopped. That's important for everyone!
I don't always agree with the government, but I do believe in America, and that isn't how things are here. This is a government by the people, for the people! But the majority does rule, because that's how democracy works. If you want people to vote differently, then get out there and work for it!

[Okay, not really, but it sounds funny.]
But it seems your democracy and help only extend so far. How selfish of you.
And of course I'm "making guesses," child. It would seem that your pretty little ideals haven't been thoroughly plotted out, so I might as well wake the sleeping giant that is your mind since you've decided to boycott all other educators.

It's not selfish! People vote, and that's how elections are decided and laws come into being. Everyone has the chance to vote or to take action to support the laws they believe in. But not everyone's going to win every election, and no, I won't help everyone. I'm not helping mutants who want to hurt people. I'm not helping people who won't support the protection of humanity.
There's nothing wrong with my mind! And I can educate myself.

Although I suppose I can agree with you on the decision not to assist those who cause grievous harm unto others. It's not in my repertoire to help those individuals either.
[She's more of a solo unit when it comes to the murder gig.]
Also, if you're boycotting your lessons and refusing to attend, your library privileges may be in danger. Just a thought.
no subject
No, I'd never help monsters like that. Anyone who would kill innocent people has to be stopped!
Why would I want to read books from a mutant library?
no subject
And child, it isn't as if the books are mutants. Or are you going to hate clothes and food since they're also provided by this school? Shall you begin going naked because another mutant touched your things? Goodness, I might have to write you up for that.
no subject
It's not because of your genes. I can't be sure your books aren't biased. What's the point of reading them if I can't trust them? I don't mind touching other mutants, as long as their power can't harm me.
