I just transferred.
[ A short - and slightly blunt - statement. It's almost given as some sort of disclaimer in the sense of "so don't expect me to really know anything just yet" more than anything else.. it's probably also why a proper introduction is missing. He's not the social type, and he sure doesn't like drawing attention to himself to begin with, so maybe he's just hoping to keep it as short as possible.
A small pause, as if he's thinking of how to word something, but then he just sighs. He probably shouldn't take up too much time with this or lunch break is over, huh. ]
What do you do when your annoying roommate just won't shut up. [ Not even bothering to filter it from said roommate. He gives exactly zero shits.

That's actually less bad than I expected. Maybe if I can find some way to save up. [ His peace and quiet in his room is worth more to him than that, okay. Even if he's almost broke at the moment.. he'll find a way. Desperation always does. ]
