I just transferred.
[ A short - and slightly blunt - statement. It's almost given as some sort of disclaimer in the sense of "so don't expect me to really know anything just yet" more than anything else.. it's probably also why a proper introduction is missing. He's not the social type, and he sure doesn't like drawing attention to himself to begin with, so maybe he's just hoping to keep it as short as possible.
A small pause, as if he's thinking of how to word something, but then he just sighs. He probably shouldn't take up too much time with this or lunch break is over, huh. ]
What do you do when your annoying roommate just won't shut up. [ Not even bothering to filter it from said roommate. He gives exactly zero shits.
(Also yes, that's apparently the whole question.) ]

Sucks to be you, then, I guess? You're probably gonna make them whether you want to or not, around here.

[ Then again, that's just like what happened in Sotoba. He never wanted to make friends there either, and.. well, look what happened. Tohru wormed his way into his heart and then died. Lovely.
It's only then that he clicks on the file he received, and his tone turns even more icy. ]
... Oh. Yeah. Very funny.
no subject
And yeah, it really is.
[Feliks grins, like he doesn't even notice the coldness of his tone.]

[ Said very, very flatly... okay, so it's not like he wasn't already getting the same kind of air from this guy (seriously, is he just ignoring the fact that he's trying to form some sort of social wall here?!), but still.. ]
You're saying you're another one of those types. [ And Feliks sounds pretty proud of it, even?! Why this. ]
no subject
No~, I'm like, saying I've been here for ages and I know how people are at the school!
...But there's that, too, I guess.
[Shame Level: None at all.]
no subject
I'm glad you're at least aware of the effect you have on others. [ Said so dryly that it's almost as if he's suggesting it's some infectuous dangerous disease.. ]
no subject
[Feliks grins. It doesn't look like that sort of insult's really all that capable of getting under his skin.]

-- and then closes it again. Because yeah, yup, alright, he was totally right. This guy may as well be Luvander's big brother or something, with the way they both act. Maybe clones gone half wrong or something like that, with slightly different vocabulary choices. He'd believe it.
(He certainly doesn't need a second one in his life, either.) ]
Does this school just attract types like you or what? [ Can he still escape? ]
no subject
Like me... So, what, flawless people? There's a few of us! It's a relatively common secondary mutation, I guess.
no subject
Yeah. "Flawless" people. [ God.. how is he going to survive his years at school. ]
I'm slowly starting to think I ended up at the wrong place after all.
no subject
I think that's where the history teacher transferred in from...
[He really should just let it go, but it's just too much fun to poke people like this.]
no subject
Yeah... ]
In other words, this history teacher may in fact be the only other sane person in this entire school is what you're saying.

[He changes his outfit in the blink of an eye to a Mad Hatter costume.]
It's like, we're all mad here!

[Luvander disappears out of the picture, and comes back with a rather elaborate-looking top hat on his head. Which... he immediately removes with a small bow, grinning.]
I felt it was a necessary gesture. I am pretty certain that you just won this whole discussion, and all contestants might as well give up and admit defeat right now.
no subject
It's way good to see someone recognize it!
Mad strong hat game, by the way.
no subject
Oh. Would you look at that? How interesting.]
I believe I have been utterly outdone, but it's kind of you to say so. I make them myself, though through more mundane means.
[He tilts his head with a sly little smile.] And am I correct in assuming I'm having the honor to address Feliks Łukasiewicz? [Hey look, rightly pronounced and everything!]
no subject
[He grins, and gives a little flick of his hair at being recognized.]
Tak, the one and only! What can I do for you?
no subject
[And since he hasn't figured out how to private messages just yet, and doesn't want some things all over the network, he's just going to switch to Polish. It's a little bit garbled, but he has studied the language to some extent, and Volstovic being reasonably close helps.]
{You have been making a name for yourself back home. I would definitely say it's a mark of fame when there are people who want you dead.} [Luvander, this is not how we make friends.]
[Private]
{Want me dead? How come?}
[He's not nearly clueless enough to really not get that loud, public, somewhat successful campaigning for civil rights in a region that includes at least one paranoid, aggressive dictatorship can sort of paint a target on you -- but hey, now Luvander can guess that the rumor about him evading capture on a smuggling run by passing for a teenage girl who was really confused about why she was being questioned? They were probably true.]
[Private]
I hope you don't mind me reverting to English? It's not nearly as dramatic, which is a shame, but I'm afraid my Polish is rather dreadful, and it would be far from me to abuse someone's mother tongue any further than I have to.
[Regina, but it's weird to actually be talking to someone he's been briefed on... and wow, the guy does look rather a lot like a teenage girl, doesn't he? He kind of reminds him a bit of Cassiopeia - and that is as good an indicator as any to not take him lightly based on looks.]
As for why, I imagine you can make an educated guess. But if you want to be more specific, I am referring to your activities getting help to mutants in Volstov.
[Private]
[The look of baffled innocence is suddenly gone, and replaced with... self-satisfaction?]
Well, if someone has that much of an issue with people getting, like, food and medicine and blankets, I'm kinda proud they'd feel that threatened by me.
[Private]
[His smile is pleasant enough still, but there is a hint of a mocking edge to his voice nonetheless.]
Used to drive old Nico - that is to say, the Esar - spitting mad. The briefing files weren't very flattering, and suggested a number of ways of assassinating you, but the simple truth is that there was too much to lose on a mission like that. And there were more aggressive activists than you out there.
[Private]
Oh, dude. "Unflattering"? You can not drop hints like that and then not spill. I totally want deets!
[Private]
I'm sorry to say it was fairly predictable stuff. Generalized slurs, that sort of thing - it makes you despair, it really does. Mainly toward your faith, what with religion being outlawed in Volstov, and of course toward your sexuality... or rather, what was being assumed about your sexuality. We're not the most forward country when it comes to those matters either.
[A small laugh, just the tiniest bit brittle, but credit where it's due, he rallies fast.]
Oh, and some suggestions that you are a secret agent of the American government, for that extra hint of outright paranoia.
[Private]
Way uncreative. And like, I don't know what was public there, but I'm out at home and here -- he at least wasn't making up the gay thing, not that I'm doing a ton about it.
[Oh god he's going to be 23 in a couple of weeks and he's still never gotten past -- ugh no not thinking about this, be fabulous instead!]
And I'm a shadowy puppet of the Great Capitalist Imperialist Enemy now? That's cute. I mean, I don't think it'd be a good look on me to be anyone's shadowy puppet, but it's definitely a new one!
