Philosophical question: If someone was born in 1998 but spent the last five years as a human popsicle, does that make them 15 or 20 years old? Because I don't think I'm ready to be considered an adult just yet. :/
And even if I was I'm not sure if the hassle of being accused of having a fake ID would be worth it. On the other hand I would be allowed to drive and would have more independence from my parents. So on second thought...

Nobody believed I was fifteen when I was fifteen. I don't want to consider trying to get people to believe I'm twenty-one in the spring.
I'm sure by the time I look old enough to drink the legal system will figure out how to deal with age of majority in cases where time blew up. Until then, do whatever.

I think for me it would be easier of being considered the age I think I am in spite of the perks of being of age. Let nature take it's course, you know?

Which would, admittedly, be easier to write if I could drink. But I can manage without, I guess.
If people are trying to break eat us, I'd rather get my living out of the way now, before some new crazy comes after us and our luck runs out.

The use of the word "philosophical" should probably indicate morally, but legally would be useful too. Since, depending on the answer, I might be allowed to buy alcohol next year.

Legally, there aren't exactly provisions for this sort of thing, so I imagine you could. Physiologically, I frankly wouldn't recommend it.
