Pop was not his best niche, but he had a passing familiarity with a handful of songs in every style he could find. He tried to think what his friend might like that would be pop and still in his range.

He grinned and checked the tuning on his guitar quickly, then started in on Adele.

He started the song with his eyes closed, sitting, bobbing along softly, but as the song built, he pushed just enough white fire into his limbs that he could stand so that he was on his feet by the stronger parts, blending the original music into a power ballad.

Greg was finding a passion for heavy metal and alternative, but he grew up on power ballads and Brit rock.

And so... he rocked out.
