[Gilbert makes good time, getting down there. For someone who's avowedly disinterested in everything about the school, he's begun learning it's routes and shortcuts with surprising speed.

Once he arrives, he stations himself at one side of the maze's entrance, legs crossed and arms folded over himself against the cold. Whether Bridget beats him there or comes after, he'll greet him the same way:]
