As for those other issues, they're something we'll likely need to talk about in person. I could give you a stern talking to about the absences, but without hearing why they happened in the first place, I don't think that would be very effective! I'd like to hear what you have to say, and if it's something that might still be an issue, we can talk about how best to handle it from there.
