Ugh, forget the example, that's not what I meant. Species evolve, that's all. They change at some point, and sometimes it's a bigger change! Even some mutants call themselves a different species. It's not like I'm making it up.

It has nothing to do with not caring about your relatives, I don't even know where you got that. Of course I love my family!

No. They can't be. Because their powers set them apart and make them more of a threat. More difficult to catch, more difficult to contain. You can't apply the same rules to them, or people will keep dying! And you're right, we should have specialists. But humans can be specialists. Mutants have a clear conflict of interest!
