Passion for romance does not mean I am good at it first hand! Seeing things from an outside perspective often helps. Don't you think? Get a sharper idea of what's going on, see the things you're too close to see.

So really I can't tell if anyone is interested in ME. It's so difficult to see furst hand.

I..guess I can kind of see your point. But it still does seem a little weird. Like you'd expect someone good at this romancey sort of stuff to have a lot of practice.

I suppose. But the basics of romance are usually pretty easy. Getting the relationship started is usually the hardest part for people. But it's really easy. You just have to put yourself out there and ask. Accept a no but hope for a yes.

Just being confident enough to risk rejection is the part most people need to work on.

Basically. I mean, you could technically be one or the other but they aren't mutually exclusive.

So you've never been in a relationship, you've never put yourself out there and confessed to someone...yet, you are telling others how to do it? Does that not seem weird to you?

I don't tell them how to do it. I suggest things! And only one person has taken me up on it and it's just a matter of courage rather than anything I can really tell them.

I'm not so dumb as to think I have all the answers, I just enjoy helping people.

No need to be so purrsnickety about him pointing out the faults. Valentine's Day is this Caturday. He just thinks she should tempurr her advice. No need to give a guy some impurrfect advice only for it to blow up in their face. It was would be a huge Catastrophe. It would be pawful. ]

I guess there's nothing wrong with that. And you are really the only person I've seen offering this sort of advice, so maybe its a service that is needed.

Yeah, I guess. It's kind of surprising the school paper doesn't have one. You know, where other students could write in for stuff like that. Or e-mail in.

They could probably start one but it'd be pretty limited. Not everyone needs advice
