A small percentage of the whole, and make no more than everyone else who fights each other. It's also easy to lump everything into one category, but that's not really how it works. We don't live in a world of humans and mutants really. Every human is divided by their culture and upbringing, every mutant as well. Other than some having outstanding powers, really we're all the same deep down.

As for the powerful mutants, isn't that what this school also tries to deal with?
